The conference fees were collected by iNEER and, thus, the fees were defined in US dollars.

**) Note: Every FULL fee participant and every STUDENT participant, who completed payment of registration fee by June 1, 2012, was eligible to receive a complimentary copy of the iNEER book, Innovations 2012.
Refund policy
Refund requests will be accepted by iNEER only for payments made to iNEER payment website. Requests made to iNEER must be consistent with the following cancellation policy, less applicable transaction fees associated with the refund:
- Before June 1, 2012 - Full Refund
- Between June 1, 2012 and June 20, 2012 - 50% Refund
- After June 20, 2012 - No Refund
- All refunds will be made after the event takes place
